How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages from Sage and Lash LLC when you give us your mobile number and ask us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at our messaging number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

What we send. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

  • Unsubscribe from text messages — reply STOP and we will stop texting that number.
  • Unsubscribe from email — use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Update or correct anything that is out of date or wrong.
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Object to or restrict how we use it, and ask us not to sell or share it — we do not sell personal information.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the end of this policy. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we will respond within the time the law allows. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state or national privacy law, and we will honor them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will make that clear on this page.
