About These Terms

Welcome to Sage & Lash by Mary Anderson, a lash and beauty studio in Clearfield, Utah. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Appointments & Booking

  • All appointments must be booked in advance, through our website, by phone or in person.
  • A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
  • Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be charged a late-cancellation fee.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are charged 100% of the service cost and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds for services provided. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue with a corrective service.

4. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions before their service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise the safety or well-being of the client or technician.
  • All tools and equipment are sanitized according to Utah state board regulations.

5. Children & Guests

For safety and to keep the studio relaxing, we ask that no children or additional guests accompany you unless approved in advance.

6. Payment

We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and mobile payments. Prices are subject to change without notice. Tax may be added as applicable.

7. Results & Maintenance

Individual results vary with natural lashes, skin type and aftercare. Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results, and we are not responsible for results affected by improper care.

8. Liability Waiver

By booking a service with Sage & Lash, you acknowledge and agree that you have disclosed all relevant medical information, and you release Sage & Lash and its staff from liability for allergic reactions, sensitivities or injuries that may occur as a result of services provided.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Our Services

Sage and Lash LLC provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

11. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm Sage and Lash LLC or anyone else.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to Sage and Lash LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not represent that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

12. Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from Sage and Lash LLC, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

13. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Sage and Lash LLC operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. If you separately ticked the box consenting to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. You can opt out of either kind at any time.
  • How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at our messaging number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Sage and Lash LLC is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
  • How to opt out. Text STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
  • Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
